Withdrawal Help
Common withdrawal questions and fixes for delayed or failed withdrawals.
Most Betfalme withdrawals settle in 1-5 minutes. The few that take longer are usually due to a first-time KYC check, a Safaricom delay, or an unusually large amount.
Withdrawal limits
- Minimum: KSH 50
- Maximum per single transaction: KSH 70,000 (Safaricom M-Pesa limit)
- Maximum daily: subject to your M-Pesa daily limit (typically KSH 300,000)
- Maximum account balance: KSH 2,000,000
My withdrawal is pending
- Wait 15 minutes — most pending withdrawals settle on their own
- Check your M-Pesa is active and not over the daily limit
- If pending over 1 hour, contact support with the withdrawal reference
- For first-time withdrawals, KYC may be required — check your account inbox for any requests
KYC verification
Betfalme may request KYC for withdrawals over KSH 50,000, for newly created accounts, or for accounts flagged by our risk system. You'll be asked to upload a clear photo of your national ID (front + back) and sometimes a selfie. Reviews are usually completed within 24 hours.
Withdrawal fees
Betfalme covers the standard Safaricom B2C tariff on most withdrawals, so you keep the full amount you requested. The withdrawal screen shows any applicable fee before you confirm.
