Everything about managing your Betfalme account: login issues, password reset, KYC, and account closure.
Most account issues are quick fixes. The most common are forgotten passwords (use Forgot Password on the login page) and changing your registered phone number (requires KYC).
Forgot your password
- Go to /login
- Tap "Forgot Password"
- Enter your registered phone number
- Enter the SMS reset code you receive
- Set a new 4-digit password
Cannot log in
- Verify your phone number is entered correctly (07XXXXXXXX format)
- Check Caps Lock and number lock if using a keyboard
- After 3 failed attempts, your account is locked for 15 minutes — wait it out
- If you have lost access to your phone, contact support — we can help after KYC verification
Change your phone number
For security, phone number changes require contacting support and completing KYC. You will need to upload a clear photo of your national ID and complete a brief identity check. This is to prevent account takeover.
Self-exclusion / close your account
Self-exclude or set a cooling-off period from Account → Responsible Gaming. Permanent account closure is available on request via support. See /responsible-gaming for full details.
