Kindly submit the following documents via email to [email protected] with the following title:

• Account closure for [Your Account Number]
• Copy of National ID (both sides of national ID)
• Copy of minimum 3 months M-Pesa statement of the account holder

Betfalme has an obligation to request identification documents to verify your identity and report any suspicious activity on your account, under the applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws, prior to deletion of your account.

If incorrect or incomplete personal information is provided, BetFalme reserves the right to keep your account active until the correct and complete information is provided.

Account deletion is subject to the BetFalme Privacy Policy provisions on retention of information. BetFalme may also retain your information for purposes such as legal obligations, terms and conditions violations, and legal disputes.

After seven (30) days of your account deletion request, your account and all your information will be permanently deleted, and you will not be able to retrieve the information.

After your account has been deleted, you cannot sign up again using the same phone number.

If your account has been deleted following a regulatory advisory or for breach of BetFalme terms and conditions, you may not be able to sign up again for our services.
